Frequently asked questions
Can we import our Excel list?
Yes, as well as exports from ClubDesk, Fairgate, Webling or Clubcorner. letsclub recognises columns like “Name”, “Postcode/Town” or “Mother’s email” by itself.
Who sees which data?
You decide. Coaches only see their teams, parents only their children. Sensitive data such as social security numbers is visible to authorised people only.
What happens when members leave?
The exit is recorded with a date. Invoices and Youth+Sport records stay traceable, but the person no longer appears in current member lists.
