How much does letsclub cost?

CHF 1 per paying member per month. All features are included, there is no set-up fee and you can cancel monthly. Parents, coaches and children without a fee do not count.

Which clubs is letsclub for?

For sports clubs of every size and sport. We are furthest along in football: SFV kids’ sessions, the Clubcorner fixture subscription and Youth+Sport export are built in.

How do we bring in our existing data?

Upload your list as Excel or CSV, including exports from ClubDesk, Fairgate, Webling or Clubcorner. letsclub recognises the columns, groups families and warns about duplicates. Every import can be undone for 30 days.

Where is our data stored?

On servers in Switzerland. Children’s data is specially protected: minors are not in group chats, and photos need parental consent.

Does letsclub replace our WhatsApp groups?

Yes. Every team has its own chat, the club its announcements. Members are added automatically and leave the chat when they change team. Private phone numbers stay private.

Do parents and coaches need to install an app?

No. letsclub runs in the browser and can be added to the phone’s home screen like an app – no app store, with push notifications.

How does letsclub help with Youth+Sport?

You create the person import for the course in the national sports database, see your activities as series to enter and export attendance as a file for import. Coaches record attendance in letsclub anyway.

Can we try letsclub first?
