Chats that look after themselves

Every team automatically has a chat with players, parents and coaches. When a child changes team, they change chat too. Nobody has to tidy up groups any more.

  • Replies, reactions, images and GIFs
  • Everyone can post, or coaches only
  • Custom groups with admins

Announcements that arrive

Pitch closure, parents’ evening, kit order: announcements go to the whole club or individual teams – with push notification and read receipts.

  • Audiences by team and role
  • Push to the phone
  • Read receipts

Privacy and child protection

The data is stored in Switzerland, not with an advertising giant. Minors are not in group chats, and nobody sees private phone numbers.

  • No phone numbers needed
  • Minors protected
  • Photo consent per child

Frequently asked questions

Why not just use WhatsApp?

In WhatsApp groups everyone sees everyone else’s phone number, and nobody tidies up when children change team. For clubs with children, that is a privacy problem.

Do parents need an app?

No. The chat runs in the browser and can be installed on the phone like an app – with push notifications.

Can coaches control the chat?

Yes. For each chat you decide whether everyone can post or staff only. Messages can be deleted.
