Membership fees with Swiss QR bills
From the invoice run to the last reminder: letsclub handles fees – with Swiss QR bills, bank matching and online payment.
One invoice run for everyone
Fee categories define who pays how much and when to invoice. One run creates every invoice – with a preview and protection against duplicates.
- QR payment part always on its own page
- Sent by email or as a PDF to post
- Four layout templates with your crest
Payments match themselves
Upload the camt file from your e-banking. letsclub matches payments by QR reference and marks invoices as paid – including partial payments.
- Reminders in several levels
- Families see open fees in the app
- Pay by TWINT or card via your Stripe account
All the way into the books
Every invoice and payment lands in the accounts automatically. At year end, print the annual accounts for the general meeting or export the postings for your accountant.
- Chart of accounts for clubs
- Budget and annual accounts
- CSV for bexio, Banana and accounty
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a QR-IBAN?
For automatic matching by QR reference, yes. Your bank provides it free of charge. Without a QR-IBAN, invoices work with a regular IBAN and matching is done by amount.
Can families pay online?
Yes, by TWINT or card through the club’s own Stripe account. The payment is booked immediately.
Can we invoice sponsors and supporters too?
Yes. Formal invoices to companies, supporter contributions via their own page, and fines or volunteer replacement fees as separate invoice types.
